12.1 DUMPS

Hazardous, solid, and nuclear waste dumps are contrary to Knox County’s land use goals, objectives, policies, and standards, as expressed in the Knox County Comprehensive Plan. Consequently, they are prohibited. Tree dumps are not prohibited.
